What you'll do

• Organize project documents and estimate files
• set up Accubid and Live Count
• support project managers with documentation, change orders, field and client communication, and project financial tracking
• prepare takeoffs, estimates, quote and subcontract reviews, summaries, and proposal letters
• review scope with customers
• submit requests for information to clarify scope
• and organize bid packages for purchasing.
