What you'll do

• Prepare sandwiches, salads, sides, and other deli items following recipes and standards
• cook meats, seafood, and vegetables using frying, grilling, roasting, and sautéing methods
• maintain a clean workstation and follow sanitation and food safety protocols
• operate and maintain grills, ovens, and slicers
• assist with food preparation and portioning
• respond to customer inquiries and requests
• collaborate with team members
• monitor inventory and report shortages
• complete opening and closing duties.
