What you'll do

• Conduct integrative therapy assessments and document treatment plans and progress
• use music, recreation, and creative activities to support development
• individualize therapy to patient needs, developmental levels, and interests
• collaborate with patients to set and track goals
• maintain patient schedules and provide coverage across units as needed
• plan special events, maintain therapeutic materials, and keep treatment spaces organized and safe
• collaborate with leadership, coworkers, and affiliates while maintaining therapeutic boundaries.
