What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following security procedures and site policies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations
• respond calmly to incidents and notify site contacts or emergency responders as needed
• observe and report unusual activity, property conditions, and policy violations
• prepare reports and maintain activity logs.
