What you'll do

• Estimate and negotiate change orders
• prepare and present cost plans
• review estimates with design teams and general contractors
• reconcile cost changes
• gather project status information
• review contractor submissions and pricing
• coordinate cost information
• manage cost checks, valuations, contingency, and change control
• prepare funding presentations and monthly cost reports
• support value engineering
• negotiate final accounts
• mentor team members
• and track commission financial forecasts.
