The supervisor manages day-to-day WIC program operations, staff, and regulatory compliance while providing nutrition services to women, infants, and children. The role supports effective clinic flow, staff development, accurate reporting, breastfeeding support, and community outreach.

What you'll do

• Provide WIC assessments, certifications, and counseling
• monitor caseload, clinic flow, and staffing
• train, coach, and evaluate staff
• support breastfeeding and the Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Program
• ensure compliance with ITCA, USDA, HIPAA, and organizational policies
• oversee documentation, reports, and quality assurance
• manage clinic resources
• make referrals and participate in community outreach
• assist the Community Health and Wellness Director with program operations.
