Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite position serving clients in Advance, NC, in home or clinic environments; compensation is $20–$28 per hour. Above and Beyond Therapy provides care to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The technician delivers one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy by implementing individualized plans written by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst, collecting data, and submitting session notes. The role also involves collaboration with peers and supervisors and participation in staff meetings and training; travel between appointments may be required, up to 25%.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
• implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA
• collect data and submit session notes

• commute between locations using a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
