What you'll do

• Build and maintain schedules for drivers and operations staff across station locations
• manage schedules beyond 48 hours
• identify open shifts and coverage risks
• coordinate shift swaps, reassignments, and overtime with Operations leaders
• review schedules for conflicts, hours-of-service limits, and qualification gaps
• communicate schedule changes
• work the dispatch desk as needed
• support quarterly schedule bids
• prepare staffing and scheduling reports
• document and standardize procedures.
