What you'll do

• Transport residents safely to medical appointments and facility-sponsored outings
• perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• complete minor vehicle maintenance and fueling
• ensure scheduled maintenance is completed and reported
• document vehicle use and prepare trip reports
• prepare incident reports as needed
• assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle and provide safety briefings.

Why this role

Requires current Certified Nursing Assistant status, a current state-valid commercial driver's license with passenger endorsement and three years of experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Current CPR certification and additional nursing specialty certification are desired. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required periodically.
