Injection Molding Process Technician

The Injection Molding Process Technician role is onsite in Chelmsford, MA, with pay of $24–$30 per hour plus a $0.50-per-hour night-shift differential, paid weekly. The position supports Novolex’s manufacturing operations. The technician starts up, shuts down, and troubleshoots injection molding machinery to maintain product quality and production rates. The role also supports mold changes, equipment cleaning, process documentation, and coordination with maintenance to sustain production operations.

What you'll do

• Start up and shut down injection molding machines and associated equipment
• perform mold changes
• maintain or freeze off cavities as directed
• clean production equipment
• troubleshoot machines and escalate mold or maintenance issues
• document processes and work in the maintenance tracking system
• operate forklifts and other machinery once trained and certified
• follow safety, PPE, quality, and production procedures.
