What you'll do

• Lead the engineering team delivering technology products and applications
• work with third parties on software integrations
• address day-to-day technology issues
• develop code and unit tests
• align work with SDLC and change-management processes
• partner with business and IT leaders to define outcomes and priorities
• manage initiatives through planning, design, development, testing, release, and support
• provide technical direction
• translate business needs into technical requirements and plans
• partner with Quality Assurance
• apply AI tools and establish responsible-use guidelines for engineering tools.
