What you'll do

• Assist with the bank’s regulatory compliance program, especially HMDA and CRA data collection and reporting
• conduct compliance monitoring, self-assessments, and risk-based reviews
• provide administrative support and track exception reports as needed
• monitor new products and services for compliance risks
• assist examiners and consultants during regulatory examinations and reviews
• research compliance issues and maintain awareness of laws and regulations
• assist with staff training and compliance communications
• recommend process, technology, or risk-management enhancements
• gather data and prepare reports for special projects.

Why this role

Three or more years of financial institution regulatory compliance experience and a four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience required; bank compliance designation and regulatory agency experience preferred.
