Assistant Toddler Teacher

What you'll do

• Assist the lead teacher with daily routines, transitions, and classroom management
• support toddlers’ independence, communication, and self-help skills
• encourage positive social-emotional behaviors
• help implement age-appropriate learning activities
• maintain a clean and safe classroom
• communicate with families and team members
• follow health, safety, and licensing guidelines
• support individual child needs under the lead teacher’s guidance.
