What you'll do

• Support financial advisory firms with trading, rebalancing, and model management.
• Troubleshoot platform questions regarding portfolio setup and trade generation.
• Document client issues in CRM systems.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to internal knowledge articles.
