Veterinary Assistant

What you'll do

• Greet clients
• manage appointments and communication between pet owners and the veterinary team
• assist with safe restraint of cats and dogs during examinations and procedures
• process invoices and payments
• answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain medical histories
• check immunization and test status
• communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs to doctors and technical staff
• fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter product requests as instructed
• enter data into clinic software.
