What you'll do

• Prepare notes and facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings
• track when meetings are needed
• hold 3–5 meetings per day via Teams or Zoom
• meet with caseworkers to identify client needs
• write case notes
• support foster care specialty cases and contract deliverables
• maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• follow agency procedures
• develop relationships with local community resources
• participate in continuous quality improvement.
