Field Service Engineer

Job overview

The Field Service Engineer role is onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL, with pay of $50–$60 per hour. The position provides maintenance, repair, installation, and training support for Plasma-Therm equipment. The role exists to keep assigned equipment operating reliably and safely while supporting customer satisfaction and mentoring junior field service engineers.

What you'll do

• Perform repairs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, system installations, and in-house support across five product lines
• provide Level 1 and 2 training at customer facilities on Versa line ICP Etchers
• diagnose failures and replace parts
• conduct helium leak testing
• assist junior field service engineers
• complete reports
• mentor, evaluate, certify, and train assigned engineers.
