What you'll do

• Develop and implement an annual area plan
• oversee local office operations and program consistency
• secure funding for programs and special projects
• manage special events and fundraising committees
• collaborate with the State Director on local funding strategy and regional budgets
• support staff recruitment, training, performance, and development as applicable
• manage local advisory boards and committees
• oversee regional fundraising operations and accurate revenue, invoice, donation, and donor records
• build brand awareness.
