What you'll do

• Manage reservations by phone, email, and online booking platforms, entering guest information in SevenRooms
• handle large-party and special-event inquiries and coordinate with management and events teams
• communicate special requests, preferences, and dietary restrictions
• track reservations, waitlists, and cancellations
• assist with guest profiles
• provide information about the menu, dining options, and promotions
• collaborate with reception and front-of-house teams.
