What you'll do

• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring plans
• advise on market conditions and candidate expectations
• source candidates across entertainment, publishing, media, and other industries
• manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
• conduct screens and negotiations
• maintain ATS data and use pipeline metrics
• improve interview processes and hiring workflows
• support employer branding.
