This role exists to coordinate daily tasks, conduct quality control audits, and provide leadership to field staff. The technician serves as a primary point of contact for customers and management, ensuring that all service guidelines, safety protocols, and routing requirements are met efficiently.

What you'll do

• Conduct quality control audits on portable restrooms and equipment
• assist with accident investigations and safety meetings
• serve as a resource for drivers regarding vehicle issues
• act as a primary contact for customer service issues
• assist with driver training
• perform daily vehicle inspections
• operate service trucks to and from work sites
• maintain accurate logs
• follow safety regulations.
