What you'll do

• Lead daily opening and closing, scheduling, inventory, visual upkeep, and cafe quality
• partner with operations on budgets and sales goals
• host community events
• support live shopping and in-store content
• curate products, seasonal collections, gifts, and artwork
• support merchandise buying
• hire, train, schedule, and develop staff
• document practices and share insights for future stores.
