What you'll do
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- sort, rinse, and load dishes and utensils
- use cleaning agents and monitor sanitizing temperatures
- inspect, unload, and store clean kitchenware
- assist with simple food preparation
- follow health, safety, and sanitation rules
- report equipment issues and supply shortages
- coordinate with the kitchen team.
