Environmental Services Aide

Job overview

The Environmental Services Aide works onsite in Arlington Heights, IL, full-time, Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a weekend rotation. Pay is $16.50–$17.75 per hour. The role supports residents at The Lutheran Home, a faith-based skilled nursing community. The aide helps keep resident rooms, restrooms, common areas, and dining spaces clean, safe, and comfortable. The work includes floor care, trash removal, and following infection-control procedures to protect residents’ health.

What you'll do

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, common areas, and dining areas
• strip, wax, and buff floors using commercial floor-care equipment
• remove trash
• follow cleaning and infection-control procedures.
