What you'll do

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• perform foundation and elevated concrete construction and carpentry
• provide layout from control points and set forms
• maintain construction schedules and labor productivity
• enforce OSHA/MIOSHA and jobsite safety policies
• maintain a clean, safe jobsite
• communicate with project managers and the project team
• prepare site logistics plans and time coding
• lead concrete crews
• use project management software.
