Master HVAC Maintenance Technician is a full-time, onsite role at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, WY. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; pay is $33–$39 per hour. Crothall Healthcare provides specialized support services to the healthcare industry, and this role supports facility engineering and maintenance at the medical center. The technician performs advanced HVAC troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance to support reliable, efficient building systems. The role also provides field leadership, coordinates maintenance work and contractors, maintains records, and guides junior technicians.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handlers, rooftop units, VAVs, pumps and controls
• inspect mechanical equipment and complete corrective maintenance
• monitor and adjust building automation systems
• lead preventive maintenance and contractor activities
• document inspections, repairs and work orders
• provide technical guidance and training
• lead project workers
• review vendor work
• maintain logs and complete rounds, tests and inspections.
