What you'll do

• Take patient menu selections and offer permitted alternatives in accordance with prescribed diets, allergies, sensitivities, and cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences
• assemble trays according to menu tickets and retrieve trays from patient rooms
• introduce the Catering to You program using scripted methods
• follow regulatory, confidentiality, patient-rights, food-safety, and infection-control requirements.
