What you'll do

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, and accessories

• complete standard operating procedure travelers and daily records
• interpret assembly and blueprint drawings
• follow safety precautions
• rig heavy equipment for overhead crane use
• train employees as appropriate
• maintain a clean work area
• use precise measuring tools and convert metric and standard measurements.
