What you'll do

• Assist with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including contact lens insertion and removal training and product education
• provide customer service while working toward sales goals
• maintain patient records and follow up on orders, including customer notifications and weekly outreach
• follow safety standards and company policies
• maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and an organized work environment
• mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
