What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff
• follow site procedures and policies
• respond to incidents, concerns, access issues, and critical situations
• conduct routine and random vehicle and foot patrols
• monitor access points and property activity
• report unusual conditions and security incidents
• complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs
• communicate relevant information to property management and company leadership.
