Treat patients in the Emergency Department Fast Track. Assess, diagnose, and treat acute conditions. Work 7 am - 7 pm shifts, 3 days per week. Maintain required certifications (Arkansas License, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, DEA).

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, manage a patient panel, and collaborate with a supportive team of medical assistants, front office staff, and leadership.

Administer anesthesia under medical direction. Support various anesthetizing locations including OR, IR, and L&D.

Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, administer general, regional, and local anesthesia, monitor patients' vital signs during procedures, manage airways, provide post-anesthetic care, and document all aspects of care.

Provide urgent care and 'same day' visits, manage higher acuity cases, and perform procedures such as suturing and X-rays.

Graduate of nationally accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Program. Ability to obtain licensure in Oklahoma.

Support a Level IV Neonatology team. Attend high-risk deliveries. Perform procedures including intubations, chest tubes, arterial lines, PICCs, and ventilator management. Work closely with physicians and other clinicians.

Administer anesthesia for a wide array of case mix including General, Orthopedic, ENT, Pain, Gynecology, and Podiatry. Work in a supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio. Work Monday through Thursday (4x10s).

Administer anesthesia for general, orthopedic, GI, gynecological, vascular, cardiothoracic, and pediatric cases. Operate in a Level 2 trauma center. Work a schedule with a mix of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts.

Administer anesthesia for general cases, outpatient pediatric ENT, and Level II trauma. Work Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with guaranteed 40 hours. Work within a care team of 2-4 MDs and 10-12 CRNAs daily. Maintain an active Michigan license (preferred).

Must be Board Certified. Facility will do Infection Prevention and Control Nurse (IPCN) with clean file. Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 7a-3p. Required Cases: General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Gastrointestinal Surgery, Endocrine Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery.

Perform histories and physicals, develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications. Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized adult patients. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects. Maintain documentation.

Administer anesthesia for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist cases.

All Gastroenterology (Upper and Lower) cases; 100% independent; Must have an active state license.

Independent experience as NP preferred. Candidates with L&D, NICU, or applicable RN background preferred. Must have current Board Certification, Arizona License, CPR, BLS, BCLS, and current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances. Must be independent but collaborative, willing to teach and act as a mentor.

Administer anesthesia for standard cases. Ensure COVID vaccination. Maintain at least 2 years of experience as a CRNA.

Provide acute, inpatient care to geriatric patients. Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments. Develop individualized care plans. Participate in a multidisciplinary team.

Provide anesthesia care within a collaborative environment. Work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio. Expected to be scheduled for 1,760 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status.

Provide midwifery services, with options for outpatient only or adding inpatient shifts. Work a 4-day work week with no call. Requires certification as a Nurse Midwife.

Provide overnight and weekend obstetrics coverage with 12-hour shifts (7p-7a). Administer anesthesia for general and obstetrics cases. Maintain an active state license. Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days.

All Gastroenterology cases (Upper and Lower); 100% independent; Paper charting.

Active DEA and prescriptive authority required. FNP certification with Nevada licensure eligibility. 3+ years of clinical experience (acute care experience preferred). Strong interpersonal skills and team-focused approach.
